Revive Fragrance Oil Review

Posted by andrew sanderson on

We thought we do a review of a fresh fragrance as we haven’t done one for a while. It is nice to have a fresh fragrance when you need a boost during the long dark evenings. You will find revive in the fresh / outdoor category and the spiritual / wellbeing, spa type section on our website.

Here are the fragrance notes :

Top notes of pink grapefruit, white nectarine and kaffir lime, mid notes of Roman chamomile, pineapple leaf and star jasmine rounded off with base notes of crushed spearmint, fluid musk and green apple peel.

We had never smelt a fragrance like this before. It is cool, fresh and slightly minty. There is a touch of citrus and a hint of sweetness. The citrus notes are rounded by the other fragrance notes so they add a freshness to the fragrance. There are soft floral and fruit notes but they are well blended and balanced. No one note dominates the blend of scents. Together they create something magical. This fragrance is refreshing, uplifting and revitalising so we called it revive. This was originally part of a crystals collection but we werent keen on  the original name of smaragd (German for emerald). Its such a fresh spa like smell that we had to change the name. What do you think? What name would you have given it?
