Rose Quartz Fragrance Oil Review

Posted by andrew sanderson on

If you like rose fragrance but want something a bit more fresh and modern then look no further than rose quartz, you’re in for a treat! There are other fragrances with the same name but some have different fragrance notes. Here are the fragrance notes of our rose quartz:

Top notes of sakura blossom, white peony and Asian pears, mid notes of rose, mimosa petals, jasmine and Fuji apples finishing with base notes of leafy greens, fresh lemongrass and white musk

Shortly after lighting this fragrance you get a very fresh rose fragrance which builds as the wax melt warms. Some of the rose notes start to come off with the top notes but the rose fragrance gets stronger over time. We can’t say that we can pick out any individual notes other than the rose. We can tell there are other fragrance notes in this oil as it has depth and freshness. It’s a nice fresh floral, not heavy or cloying. We tend not to be fans of a lot of floral fragrance oils but we both love this one. It is strong enough to carry through two floors of a large open plan house but its not overpowering. We add 8g of oil to every 100g of wax and burn 7.5g. The scent was just starting to fade towards the end of the third tealight.
