Serenity Fragrance Oil Review

Serenity was part of our second batch of spiritual / wellness / spa type fragrance oils that we ordered. We were looking for something new and unusual which this certainly is. Here are the fragrance notes:
Top notes of sparkling yuzu, Persian lime, grapefruit zest and fresh air accord, mid notes of Georgia peach, Moro orange and pineapple leaf finishing with base notes of sheer gardenia, wild berry and fluid musk
We add 8g of fragrance oil to every 100g of soy wax and melt a 7.5g piece in our large, open plan house. The cold throw on this fragranced wax melt is incredible. You know you’re in for a treat as soon as you open the bag. As we warm the wax melt it doesn’t take long before the ground floor and first floor to be filled with this fresh fruity fragrance. This is a powerful fragrance but its not overpowering. It didn’t take long for the fragrance to go up the staircase and on to the second floor.
As this starts to melt the fragrance is a very fresh citrus but its very different to most of our other citrus fragrances. The yuzu and lime are more dominant than the grapefruit and fresh air accord. After a short time on the warmer the peach fragrance starts to be released, followed by the orange. These don’t overpower the fresh citrus top notes and the citrus still gives a lovely fresh fragrance as they blend with the peach and orange. We sometimes find fruity fragrances a little sweet or flat for our tastes but not with this fragrance. We couldn’t pick out the pineapple leaf as an individual note. The base notes are subtle, they just add strength and longevity playing a supporting role to the whole fragrance. The mid and top notes are the heart of this fragrance. This fragrance oil is a firm favourite with many of our customers, and for good reason. If you love fresh fruity or citrus fragrance this is one to try.
