We bought this fragrance oil so we had some traditional bakery fragrances in stock. Here are the fragrance notes: Top notes of orange peel, blueberry and lemon zest, mid notes of blackberry, spun sugar and milky notes with base notes of vanilla cream, drizzled caramel and sandalwood I would describe this as blueberry with a hint of cake. The blueberries are strong and fresh with no fake chemical smell and it is not too heavy or sweet on the cake. It is sweet but not too sweet.
